The service of our national telecommunication provider is getting worse and worse. These few days the service are frequent out and at times slow. Maybe something try to turn user to 'broadband services. Not only that, Telecom are collecting 'illegal' fees for disconnected customers. Recently one customer compalined that even after all services disconnect on his home telephone and internet service (cannot recieve incoming calls and dail out service) after failure to settle 3 months bills (RM400+) the Telecoms keep on charging him with the bills todate amount of RM800+ though cannot use the service.
Are Telecoms punishing and is it legal?? Paying without using is LOGIC??
