I WOULD like to propose that the names, identity card numbers and results of students who sit the Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) examination be published in the media.
There have been complaints of a few top scorers not getting places in local universities.
So what better way to be transparent than to have the names of SPM candidates published in the newspapers?
